At Frea Consulting, we aim to provide our technical expertise in the Cognos product range on behalf of Cognos Consulting Partners and Resellers. By doing this we enable the partner companies to leverage additional revenue and provide faster turnaround on new installations and upgrades that can often be a barrier to the commencement of the main consulting project.

With the Cognos consultancy world being such a tight-knit community and a very competitive market we aim to reassure each of our clients that confidentiality will be of the highest priority. As such we are happy to sign agreements guaranteeing that we will adhere to each individual Cognos Partners required levels of confidentiality and provide assurance of professional conduct.

DOCUMENTATION STANDARDS

Each reseller and consulting partner are likely to have their own documentation standards for what is provided to the end user client on conclusion of each engagement, for this reason we will take the time to understand the requirements in terms of formatting and content to ensure that when we complete a particular assignment that the documentation is consistent with the output expected by your clients.

Where no specific requirements are defined we have our own standard templates which we will use to provide feedback and important follow-up information that will assist with the ongoing support of your clients installation.
